Your data is used solely to provide mental health guidance and to execute automated email notifications to admin@bernielufu.co.uk at your direct request. We never sell, share, or open your data to third-party advertisers or external organizations.
3. Storage & Encryption
- All communications sent through the automated system are encrypted in transit using SSL protocol (HTTPS).
- Data is processed inside secure UK cloud networks to fully comply with UK GDPR.
- Chat History Privacy: Your personal chat logs with the support bot are stored locally on your own device's browser cache—not on our servers. Clearing your phone browser history wipes the chat logs completely.
